OUR STORY

I grew up watching my grandmother cooking in the kitchen. I really never paid attention until it was time to bake the sweets. I would sit back and watch her make sweet potato pies, banana pudding, and so many delicious pastries. Yet when it came time to make a Pound Cake or a 3-layer chocolate cake, she was very delicate, precise, and deliberate in her measurements and baking.
 

As I got older I decided to test my own baking skills. So I baked my very own 3-layer chocolate cake, Pound cake, and Sweet potato pie. And to my surprise everyone thought that my grandma had made it and not me.

 

Ever since then it sparked a flame in me, I began baking every moment that I could. I hosted a few functions at home and decided to bake some sweet treats for the guests. After a few events, some of my friends started asking me to bake cakes and cupcakes for their children’s parties. Then I got requests for some bridal parties, and a few more get-togethers. Finally, I decided that I would try to turn my passion into my career.

 

Every ingredient of my recipes is just as important as the last one. I pride myself on being as delicate as I am meticulous. It is my goal that every bite of my pastries will remind you of how it felt to eat sweets as a child.

 

I am a loving wife, and a mother of 4 girls. My family supports me 100%, and it is with their love that I bake with passion. They love my pastries, and I hope you love them too!
